Welcome to the decibel Performing Arts Showcase Birmingham 2007

The showcase was an unmissable opportunity to see the very best performing artists and companies of African, Asian* and Caribbean descent based in England. It also included a one day International Symposium on Monday 3 September. It was attended by a record number of over 430 delegates representing festivals, venues and arts organisations across Eurpoe and North America.

The decibel showcase provided a performance platform and a range of complementary services that will assist artists and companies to sell their work, expand their touring potential and develop new projects.

The decibel Performing Arts Showcase 07 is an Arts Council initiative produced by decibel in collaboration with Fierce Earth and partners including The REP and Birmingham Jazz.
